Daniel Whitfield
Director, Enterprise Program Management
Lone Star Mutual Insurance
600 Congress Avenue, Austin, TX 78701

Dear Mr. Whitfield,

A loan-origination platform that ships on schedule across four releases is not luck — it is 30 BRDs, 140 user stories, and a single source of truth that risk, compliance, product, and engineering all trust. I led exactly that $4.2M rebuild at Meridian Financial Group, and it is the kind of high-stakes, cross-functional delivery I would bring to the Senior Business Analyst role on Lone Star Mutual Insurance's enterprise program team.

Over seven years across financial services, SaaS, and supply chain, I have learned that the requirements lifecycle is where ambiguity either gets resolved or quietly turns into rework. At Meridian, I mapped 18 end-to-end processes in BPMN and exposed handoffs that cut application turnaround from nine days to 5.5 (39%), then standardized our documentation in Confluence and traceability in Jira to drive requirement-related rework tickets down 34% year over year. I also pair the analysis with the data: SQL reconciliation queries and Tableau dashboards I built surfaced $310K in annual billing leakage and launched a remediation effort the finance org adopted.

I translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into measurable, shippable scope — and I keep it traceable from elicitation through UAT.

That discipline holds under pressure. I facilitated UAT for 220+ test cases across five stakeholder groups while holding production defect leakage under 2% over six consecutive releases. Earlier, as product-owner proxy on two Agile squads at Northwind SaaS Solutions, I lifted sprint say/do predictability from 71% to 92% and used SQL telemetry analysis to drive a redesign that improved activation conversion 17%. As a CBAP and PMI-PBA who keeps a Scrum Master credential current, I read both the business and the backlog fluently.

I would welcome the chance to discuss how my requirements, process, and data work can support Lone Star Mutual's program portfolio. Thank you for considering my application; my resume is enclosed, and I would gladly walk through traceability artifacts or process maps whenever that is useful.

Sincerely,

Aisha Raman
