My lease at 214 Cypress Lane, Unit 3 ended on April 30, 2026, and I returned the keys and a forwarding address on April 28, 2026. Forty-six days have passed and I have received neither my $1,650.00 security deposit nor any itemized statement of deductions, which were due within 30 days of the move-out date.
I left the unit clean and undamaged, and documented its condition with dated photographs taken on move-out day, copies of which are enclosed. No deductions were communicated to me at any point, and the move-out walkthrough on April 28 raised no issues. The full deposit is therefore owed.
I am requesting the full return of $1,650.00 within 14 days of the date of this letter — by June 29, 2026 — payable to me at the forwarding address above. If you contend any portion is owed, send a written itemized statement and supporting receipts within that same period.
