At Halstead Medical Systems I own the annual operating plan and rolling 18-month forecast for a $240M revenue line, where I lifted forecast-to-actual accuracy from 89% to 97%. Each month I run budget-versus-actual variance across 14 cost centers, present the findings to the CFO and division VPs, and last year that work surfaced and resolved $4.8M in unbudgeted spend. When leadership weighed a $60M acquisition, I built the three-statement DCF and LBO model that backed a board decision to revise the offer down 11%.

I also believe analysis is only as useful as it is read. I rebuilt Halstead's monthly reporting pack in Power BI on a SQL data model, cutting close prep from 3 days to 4 hours and retiring roughly 20 hand-built tabs. Earlier, valuing $25M–$300M middle-market deals at Northbridge Capital Partners sharpened my comparable-company and precedent-transaction work and taught me how a single capital-structure assumption can move equity value by $2.1M.
