This report records the driver's inspection of the vehicle on the date shown, as required under 49 CFR §396.11/§396.13. Defects affecting safe operation must be corrected and certified by a qualified mechanic before the vehicle is driven. The driver must review the prior report and sign below acknowledging defects were repaired or that none were noted.
