Starting Monday, June 30, our two anchor days together are Tuesdays and Thursdays — the rest of the week is yours to work wherever you do your best thinking. We landed here because you told us the in-person magic happens around reviews, kickoffs, and lunch, and the deep-focus magic happens at home. This keeps both. Nothing else about how we work changes.
We looked at where collaboration actually clusters, and it's the middle of the week — design crits, client kickoffs, and the studio lunch that somehow turns into the best ideas. Mondays are for easing in and planning solo; Fridays are for shipping and wrapping up. So the anchor days protect the time we're better together, and leave the bookends for focus. We ran this past a handful of you first, and the read was overwhelmingly “yes, finally.”
The studio is open every weekday as always — if home isn't working for you on a Wednesday, come in. Anchor days are a default, not a turnstile; if you've got a doctor's appointment or a heads-down deadline on a Tuesday, just give your lead a heads-up. We'll keep the calendar holds light and the snacks heavy. If your role genuinely can't fit this pattern, talk to me — we'll sort it together.
