ReNotice of Intent to Vacate — 14 Sparrow Lane, Unit 3B
Dear Oakridge Property Management,
Please accept this letter as my formal written notice that I am terminating my month-to-month tenancy at the above address and will vacate the premises. In accordance with Section 8 of my lease agreement and 9 V.S.A. § 4467, I am providing more than sixty (60) days' written notice of my intent to vacate.
Move-Out Date
August 31, 2026
I will surrender the keys and the unit in clean, undamaged condition by 5:00 PM on this date.
I have valued my time at Sparrow Lane and intend to leave the unit in excellent condition. To make the close-out straightforward for both of us, I would like to confirm the following items and request a date for the final walk-through inspection.
Close-Out Particulars
Final Inspection
I request a joint move-out inspection on or before August 31, 2026. Please contact me to schedule a time; I would like to be present to document the condition of the unit together.
Security Deposit
Per 9 V.S.A. § 4461, please return my security deposit of $1,850.00 within fourteen (14) days of my move-out, along with an itemized statement of any lawful deductions.
Final Rent
My final month's rent for August 2026 will be paid in full and on time on August 1, 2026. I have no intention of applying the deposit toward rent.
Utilities
I will arrange for the electric and internet accounts in my name to be discontinued effective the move-out date and will provide final-meter confirmation if requested.

Beginning September 1, 2026, please send the deposit and any correspondence to: 88 Maple Ridge Road, Apt 12, South Burlington, VT 05403.
