Lindqvist, a 19-year veteran of the company, will succeed retiring CEO Robert Hahn on July 1, ensuring continuity of the company's long-term strategy.

New York, NY — June 3, 2026 — The Board of Directors of Meridian Industrial Group (NYSE: MIG) today announced the appointment of Catherine Lindqvist as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2026. Lindqvist, who currently serves as the company's President and Chief Operating Officer, will succeed Robert Hahn, who is retiring after 14 years as CEO. Hahn will remain on the Board as Vice Chair through the end of the year to support a smooth transition.

The appointment follows a deliberate, multi-year succession process led by the Board.
