Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:30–6:45 PM at Brightwood Pitch 3

Matches

Saturday mornings, March 7 – May 23 (home & away within the county league)

What to bring

Shin guards (required), molded cleats, a full water bottle, and both jersey kits

Season fee

$120 per player — covers league registration, referees, and the team kit; financial aid available on request

Participation

I give permission for my child to participate in Brightwood Soccer Club practices, matches, and team activities for the season above, including travel to away matches supervised by the club's coaches and approved volunteers.

Player safety & risk

I understand soccer involves normal physical activity and the ordinary risk of minor sports injuries. The club follows its concussion and heat-safety protocols, and coaches are first-aid trained. I have shared any condition the club should know about below.

Emergency medical authorization

If my child is injured and I cannot be reached, I authorize the club's staff to seek and consent to emergency medical care on my behalf, and I will be notified as soon as possible.

Photo & media release. The club occasionally photographs games and team moments for its website, newsletter, and social channels. Please choose one:
