I authorize The Almont Hotel to charge my credit card identified above for the room, taxes, and the charges I have selected for the guest and reservation named above, up to any limit indicated. I certify that I am the lawful holder of this card.
I understand this authorization applies to the stated reservation, that I remain responsible for charges incurred under it, and that I may revoke it in writing before arrival. Should the card be declined, the guest will be responsible for settlement at the hotel.
