Your student is invited to join us for a weekend of hiking, campfire fellowship, and cooler-than-comfortable nights in the Cascades. This form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian and returned to the group office by Friday, October 10.

  • Campfire dinner & opening circle
Day Two — Saturday
Trail Day
  • Mirror Lake loop (6 mi, moderate)
  • Free time at the lake
  • S'mores & testimony night
Day Three — Sunday
Return
  • Sunrise devotional
  • Camp breakdown & pack out
  • Return by 3:00 PM

I give permission for my child to participate in the Mount Hood Overnight Expedition, October 17–19, 2025. I understand this trip includes tent camping, day hiking on uneven terrain, and campfire activities, and I accept the inherent risks of outdoor recreation. In the event of a medical emergency and when I cannot be reached, I authorize Summit Ridge staff to secure necessary medical treatment for my child.
