Trip Itinerary & Details
Departure — 8:45 AM from the school's front circle. Please arrive at 8:30.
Return — Approximately 2:45 PM, back at Lincoln Elementary.
Transportation — Two chartered coach buses, seat belts provided.
Chaperones — One teacher and one parent volunteer per 8 students.

What To Pack
  • Sack lunch in a disposable bag (labeled with name)
  • Reusable water bottle, filled
  • A small notebook and two pencils for the scavenger hunt
  • Optional spending money for the gift shop ($10 max)
  • No glass containers, electronics, or personal snacks
  • Any daily medications, handed to the lead teacher

I give permission for my child to attend the 4th grade field trip to the Natural History Museum on Thursday, May 8, traveling by chartered bus with Lincoln Elementary staff and approved chaperones.

I understand my child is expected to bring a sack lunch and water bottle, and to follow all museum and school rules throughout the day. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize school staff to seek appropriate medical care for my child and will make every effort to be reached at the contacts above.
