Appearance Release

I grant Northlight Pictures the irrevocable right to record my appearance, voice, name, and likeness, and to edit, reproduce, broadcast, and distribute the footage in which I appear, in all media now known or later devised, for the uses, territory, and term marked below.

I release Northlight Pictures from any claim arising from this use and understand I will not be entitled to any further compensation beyond any agreed fee.
