Over the past three years as an Account Executive, you have consistently set the standard for what disciplined, relationship-led selling looks like at Pinnacle. Closing 142% of quota in FY24, mentoring two junior reps to President's Club, and architecting the Cascadia Health expansion — these are not line items. They are the reasons we are confident entrusting you with one of our most strategic territories.
You will lead a team of six Account Executives and two Sales Engineers across the region, owning a full-year target of $12.4M in new ARR. You will also join the West Coast leadership council, contributing directly to go-to-market strategy for FY26.
Your signing acknowledgment, onboarding plan, and updated commission schedule will be delivered by People Ops no later than October 18. Please plan to join the leadership offsite in Bend, OR from November 12–14.
