All pallets must arrive on heat-treated wood, shrink-wrapped. Couverture cases require temperature logger; reject on arrival above 20°C. Provide lot numbers and mill dates on BOL. Advance notice 24 hours prior via receiving contact.

Returns

Damaged or off-spec goods may be returned at vendor cost within 7 days. Partial shipments must be pre-authorised.
