Payment Schedule

30% deposit upon contract signing. 40% due at material delivery. Final 30% due upon project completion and homeowner walkthrough.

Installation scheduled within 4–6 weeks of signed contract. Weather-dependent work may extend timeline; homeowner notified 48 hours prior to start.

Quote Validity

Pricing guaranteed for 30 days from issue date. Material surcharges may apply if signed after April 13, 2025 due to market volatility.
