Cancellation policy. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or skip a visit; visits cancelled with less notice are billed at 50%. Either party may end this agreement at any time with written notice; there is no long-term commitment. We hold your key and access details in confidence and use them only for scheduled cleanings.
