Terms. This agreement covers scheduled maintenance only; repair parts and labor outside a visit are billed separately at plan rates. Visits are scheduled by appointment. The plan renews automatically for successive terms unless either party gives written notice 30 days before the term ends. Either party may cancel for unperformed visits with a prorated refund.
