Project Objectives

Meridian will execute a complete lift, transform, and land migration of the Client's primary customer relationship database — consisting of approximately 2,500,000 active records across 47 related tables — from an on-premises Oracle 11g instance to a managed AWS Aurora PostgreSQL 15.4 cluster. The engagement covers schema conversion, referential integrity validation, PII encryption at rest, and a blue-green cutover strategy targeting less than 15 minutes of production downtime.
