Following a comprehensive review of our operational structure, the executive committee has approved a restructuring of the Strategic Analytics Division, effective at the close of this fiscal quarter.
Your analytical rigor and leadership on the Northstar initiative have been genuinely valued, and this outcome reflects only the changing shape of our business needs. We want to ensure this transition is handled with the respect and care you deserve.
You are receiving thirty (30) calendar days of advance notice. Your last day of active employment with the company will be December 14, 2024. During this period, you will continue to receive your regular salary and benefits, and you are asked to assist in the orderly transition of your ongoing projects.
In recognition of your service, you will receive a severance package equivalent to eight (8) weeks of base salary, paid as a lump sum through standard payroll on the pay cycle following your separation date.
Your employer-sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage will remain active through December 31, 2024. Beginning January 1, 2025, you will be eligible to continue identical coverage under COBRA for up to eighteen (18) months.
Enrollment materials will be mailed by our benefits administrator, Mercer Marsh, within fourteen days of your separation date. You will have sixty (60) days from receipt of the election notice to enroll. As a gesture of support, Halvorsen & Meridian will subsidize 60% of the monthly COBRA premium for your first three months of continuation coverage.
To support your next professional chapter, the company has engaged Lee Hecht Harrison to provide you with complimentary outplacement services for a period of three months. These services include one-on-one career coaching, résumé development, interview preparation, and access to their professional network and job-matching platform. A representative will contact you within five business days at the personal email on file.
Please coordinate with your manager, Priya Ramachandran, regarding the return of your laptop, access badge, and any company materials on or before your final day. Your final paycheck — including accrued unused PTO of 64 hours — will be direct-deposited on December 20, 2024.
