For participation in the Ironbloom Athletic "Built To Burn" Spring/Summer marketing campaign — production block AL-07, Venice Beach, California.
In consideration of the compensation received and other good and valuable consideration, the undersigned Model hereby grants to Ironbloom Athletic, Inc. ("the Company"), its licensees, assigns, and legal representatives, the irrevocable and perpetual rights described below, effective as of the date of signature.
The Model authorizes the Company to photograph, film, and record their likeness, image, voice, and name, and to use, reuse, publish, republish, edit, and alter such materials — in whole or in part, in composite or distorted form — in perpetuity and worldwide, without further notification, approval, or compensation beyond what is set forth herein.
Permitted uses include print advertising, retail displays, packaging, out-of-home media, product catalogs, brand websites, e-commerce platforms, email marketing, paid and organic social media (including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta platforms, and successors), broadcast, streaming, and any subsequent media formats now known or hereafter developed.
The Model waives any right to inspect, approve, or receive compensation for the finished photographs, videos, advertising copy, or printed matter that may be used in connection with them. The Model further releases the Company from any claims relating to blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form.
The Model releases, discharges, and holds harmless the Company, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and assigns from any liability arising from the use of the materials, including but not limited to claims of libel, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or infringement of moral rights.
Posters, magazine placement, lookbooks, in-store visual merchandising, and all retail-facing collateral worldwide.
Brand site, e-commerce product pages, editorial content, email campaigns, digital banner placement, and partner publications.
Organic and paid placement across all social platforms, including creative cutdowns, short-form video, and influencer syndication.
The Model confirms receipt of the agreed day rate plus one (1) complete campaign product allotment (retail value $420), and acknowledges this as full and final consideration for all rights granted under this agreement.
