This letter serves as a formal written warning regarding a pattern of tardiness observed during the month of March 2026. Following a verbal counseling session on February 19, 2026, we expected to see measurable improvement. Instead, seven (7) separate late arrivals were recorded in a 31-day period, which constitutes a significant breach of the attendance standards agreed to in your onboarding acknowledgment.
The purpose of this letter is to clearly document the concern, reference the governing policy, and establish a 30-day improvement plan with defined checkpoints.

Effective immediately and continuing for the next thirty (30) calendar days, the following expectations apply. Meeting them in full will allow this warning to remain active but non-escalating on your file.
Arrive clocked-in by 06:00 on every scheduled shift. Any late arrival must be communicated to your shift lead by 05:30 with documented cause.
A 15-minute review with Supervisor Denise Oyelaran every Friday at 14:00 to discuss attendance, obstacles, and support needs.
Submit a written plan by April 10 outlining backup transportation and earlier departure windows to buffer against delays.
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and flexible-start pilot are available at your request. HR will facilitate referral without prejudice.
We are issuing this warning because we value your contribution to the night-shift team and believe the issue is correctable. The next thirty days are an opportunity to demonstrate that commitment. If there are underlying circumstances we should know about, please raise them at your earliest check-in.
