For good and valuable consideration, I grant Meridian Model Management and its clients the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute the photographs, video, and recordings made of me, and my name, image, likeness, and voice as they appear in them, for the uses, territory, and term marked below.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished work, and I understand the resulting images remain the property of Meridian and its clients.
