The undersigned certifies that the information in this application is true and complete and is submitted to induce Meridian Commercial Property Group to evaluate the Applicant for a lease. The undersigned authorizes Meridian and its agents to verify all information, to obtain business and personal credit reports on the Applicant entity and on each principal and guarantor named above, and to contact the banks, trade, and landlord references listed. The undersigned represents that they are authorized to bind the Applicant. The application fee is non-refundable and submission creates no lease or obligation to lease.
