Release of Liability & Hold Harmless

Please read this release in full before signing. By signing you assume the risks described and release Cedar & Stone from liability.

In consideration for being permitted to take part in the activity described below provided by Cedar & Stone Property Services (the “Provider”), I, the undersigned Participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of risk. I understand the activity involves inherent risks — including slips, trips and falls, contact with tools, equipment and materials, uneven or wet ground, dust and debris, and minor cuts or strains — and I voluntarily choose to take part with full knowledge of those risks.

Release of liability. I release and discharge the Provider, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, loss, or damage arising out of my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Hold harmless & indemnify. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Provider against any claim brought by me or on my behalf arising out of or related to my participation in the activity.
