Sold as-is, as-inspected. The equipment, attachments, and components are sold in their present, used condition “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with all faults and no continued maintenance, warranty, or support — and no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS for a particular purpose. The Seller discloses no known material defects; the Buyer has inspected and operated the equipment, or had the opportunity to do so, and accepts it in its current condition.
Clear ownership, free of security interests. The Seller warrants that they lawfully own the equipment, that it is free and clear of all liens, loans, leases, and UCC security interests, and that they have full right and authority to sell and transfer it.
No title; delivery transfers ownership. This equipment is not a titled motor vehicle; ownership passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the equipment together with this signed bill of sale. The hour meter reads approximately 2,140 hours to the Seller’s knowledge. Risk of loss passes on delivery and payment in full; the Buyer is responsible for transport, insurance, permits, and safe operation.
Electronic signature & entire agreement. This is the entire agreement between the parties and may be signed electronically and in counterparts, each an original and together one agreement.
