Sold as-is. The property is sold in its present, used condition “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with all faults and no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS for a particular purpose. The Seller discloses no known material defects; the Buyer has examined the property, or had the opportunity to do so, and accepts it in its current condition.
Clear ownership. The Seller warrants that they lawfully own the property, that it is free and clear of all liens and claims, and that they have full right and authority to sell and transfer it.
Delivery transfers ownership. This personal property is not titled or registered; ownership and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the property together with this signed bill of sale and payment in full. The Buyer is responsible for collection and transport.
Electronic signature & entire agreement. This is the entire agreement between the parties and may be signed electronically and in counterparts, each an original and together one agreement.
