Trailer Bill of Sale

Sold as-is. The trailer and attached equipment are sold in their present, used condition “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with all faults and no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS for a particular purpose. The Seller discloses no known material defects; the Buyer has inspected it, or had the opportunity to do so, and accepts it in its current condition.

Clear ownership. The Seller warrants that they lawfully own the trailer, that it is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, and that they have full right and authority to sell and transfer it.

Title, transfer & risk of loss. This bill of sale records the sale; it does not by itself transfer legal title. The Seller will deliver the signed title (or prior registration, where the state issues no title for a trailer of this weight) upon payment in full; title/registration transfers when the Buyer completes the process with the state motor-vehicle agency (taxes and fees are the Buyer’s). Ownership and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon delivery; the Seller should file any required release of liability. A motorized RV additionally requires a federal odometer disclosure.

Electronic signature & entire agreement. This is the entire agreement between the parties and may be signed electronically and in counterparts, each an original and together one agreement.
