Service Agreement
Effective: April 15, 2026
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of April 15, 2026 by and between the following parties, and sets forth the terms and conditions under which services will be provided.
1
Scope of Work
Design, develop, and launch a custom e-commerce website, including brand identity refresh and product photography direction.

Compensation
Client shall pay Provider a fixed fee of $36,000.00 according to the payment schedule in Section 3.

Payment Terms
50% upon signing, 25% at design milestone, 25% at project completion. Invoices are due Net 15.

Term & Duration
This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues for 16 weeks unless terminated earlier.

Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Client pays for work completed through termination date.
6
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information for 2 years following termination.

Intellectual Property
All deliverables become Client's property upon full payment. Provider retains right to display work in portfolio.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Texas.

Additional Terms
Any changes to the scope of work require a written change order signed by both parties.
