Our client's trademark has been registered since January 15, 2024 and has established substantial goodwill and consumer recognition in the marketplace. Your unauthorized use constitutes trademark infringement under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1114, and unfair competition under 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a).
Demanded Actions
- Immediately cease all use of the 'Meridian Analytics' name and any confusingly similar variations
- Remove all references to 'Meridian Analytics' from your website, social media, and marketing materials
- Withdraw any pending trademark applications for 'Meridian Analytics' or similar marks
- Provide written confirmation of compliance within 20 days of receipt of this letter
- Preserve all documents and communications related to your adoption and use of the infringing name
