Terms & Conditions
1.
Scope. The Freelancer agrees to complete the project described above by the stated deadline. Any work beyond the defined scope requires written agreement and may incur additional fees.
2.
Ownership. Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the deliverables transfer to Riverstone Brewing Company. Until payment is received, the Freelancer retains all rights.
3.
Confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep project details and proprietary information confidential and shall not disclose to third parties without written consent.
4.
Cancellation. Either party may cancel with 14 days written notice written notice. The Client shall pay for all work completed through the cancellation date.
5.
Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of State of Texas.
