This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of April 15, 2026 by and between:

Apex Digital Agency, located at 300 Innovation Drive, Austin, TX 78701 ("Service Provider"), and

Riverstone Brewing Company, located at 750 Brewery Lane, Fort Worth, TX 76102 ("Client").

1. Scope of Services

Design, develop, and launch a custom e-commerce website, including brand identity refresh and product photography direction.

2. Term

This Agreement shall commence on April 15, 2026 and continue through October 15, 2026, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, trade secrets, and business data disclosed during the performance of this Agreement. This obligation survives termination of the Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All work product created under this Agreement shall be the property of the Client upon full payment. The Service Provider retains the right to use general knowledge and techniques gained during the engagement.
