Design, develop, and launch a custom e-commerce website, including brand identity refresh and product photography direction.

This agreement begins on April 15, 2026 and continues through October 15, 2026.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information for 2 years following termination.

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Client pays for work completed through termination date.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of State of Texas.
