Triple-Net (NNN) Terms
In addition to base rent, Tenant shall be responsible for its proportionate share of: (a) real property taxes and assessments, (b) property insurance premiums, and (c) common area maintenance (CAM) charges, including but not limited to landscaping, snow removal, parking lot maintenance, and shared utility costs. 1. Lease Commencement & Term

4. Default & Remedies
