1. Use of Premises
The premises shall be used exclusively as a private residence for the Tenant and authorized occupants listed above. No part of the premises shall be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent of the Landlord.
2. Utilities & Services
Tenant pays electricity, gas, internet. Landlord covers water, sewer, trash.
3. Maintenance & Repairs
Tenant shall maintain the premises in clean and habitable condition. Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord of any needed repairs. Landlord shall be responsible for structural repairs and major systems maintenance.
4. Pets
No pets are permitted without prior written consent of the Landlord. If permitted, a pet deposit of the agreed amount shall be required.
