Terms & Conditions
1. Premises
Landlord agrees to lease the above-described property to Tenant for residential use only. The property includes all fixtures, appliances, and improvements currently on the premises.
2. Rent Payment
Tenant shall pay rent on or before the due date each month. Late payments will incur a fee as permitted by law. Rent shall be paid by check, electronic transfer, or other agreed-upon method.
3. Security Deposit
The security deposit shall be held by Landlord and returned within the time required by law after Tenant vacates, less any deductions for unpaid rent, damages beyond normal wear and tear, or cleaning costs.
4. Maintenance & Repairs
Tenant shall maintain the premises in clean and habitable condition. Landlord is responsible for major repairs and maintenance of the building structure, plumbing, heating, and electrical systems.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this lease with written notice as required by law. Early termination by Tenant may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for remaining rent.
