Q2 Planning Kickoff & Budget Review
Q2 Priorities
Our three strategic priorities for Q2 are: (1) Launch Meridian Insights to 50 beta customers, (2) Hire 8 engineers to support the enterprise product line, and (3) Achieve $200K in new ARR from the Growth tier.
Budget Submissions
All department heads must submit their Q2 budget requests by April 18, 2026. Please use the standard template available on the intranet and include headcount plans, tool/software needs, and any planned contractor spend.
Timeline
Budget review meetings will be held April 21-23. Final Q2 plans will be approved by the executive team on April 25, with Q2 officially kicking off May 1.
Action Required
Submit Q2 budget requests by April 18, 2026 using the standard template on the intranet.
