Partnership Overview
We propose a strategic partnership to launch a free weekend coding bootcamp for 120 high-school students across Washtenaw County — combining Brightpath's curriculum and instructors with the Foundation's community reach and funding network.

Responsibilities
Area Brightpath Learning Washtenaw Community Foundation
Curriculum & Instruction Provides licensed curriculum and 4 certified instructors Advises on community needs and student recruitment
Facilities & Equipment Supplies laptops and learning software licenses Provides weekend venue access at two community centers
Funding & Administration Manages program budget and instructor payroll Leads donor fundraising and grant applications
Marketing & Outreach Designs program brand and enrollment materials Distributes through school district and member networks
Terms & Conditions
This proposal is valid for 30 days. A memorandum of understanding will be drafted upon acceptance, with a 12-month initial term and mutual 60-day exit clause.
