Acceptance & Terms

A 30% deposit ($12,810) is due upon acceptance to reserve your build window and place cabinetry and material orders.

The balance is drawn in progress payments at the close of each phase. Nothing is owed today.

This estimate is valid for 30 days and is fixed-price for the scope above.

All work is permitted and inspected, and backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty.
