Remove existing turf and debris, regrade for drainage away from the home, and define new bed lines with steel edging.

Beds, Soil & Plantings
Amend soil, install three native planting beds with shrubs, perennials & ornamental grasses, then mulch throughout.

3Hardscape
Paver Patio & Walkway
Excavate and compact base, lay a 320 sq ft natural-stone paver patio with a connecting walkway and polymeric sand joints.

4Finishing
Sod Lawn & Cleanup
Lay fresh fescue sod over the remaining yard, install a temporary watering plan, and complete a full site cleanup.

Spring is prime planting season.

Accept by March 20 and we'll lock in your start date for the first week of April — while soil is workable and new plantings root best.

Acceptance & Terms

A 30% deposit ($3,600) is due on acceptance to reserve your spring build slot and order plant material.

The remaining balance is split: 40% as hardscape begins, the final 30% on completion. Nothing is owed today.

This estimate is valid for 30 days. All plantings carry a one-season establishment guarantee.
