Terms

A deposit of $8,500 is due on acceptance to begin Month 1 and reserve your place in our studio calendar — nothing is owed today.

The remaining two installments are invoiced at the start of Months 2 and 3. This estimate is valid for 30 days.

Media spend, third-party licensing, and production costs are billed at cost and approved by you in advance.

All work product transfers to Solstice on final payment. Either party may conclude the retainer with 30 days' notice.
