Assumption of Risk & Waiver
I, Alexandra Chen, acknowledge that participation in Portland Design Week 2026 involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, disability, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

Release of Liability
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless PDX Design Week Foundation, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation.
2.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur as a result of my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3.
Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize PDX Design Week Foundation to seek and provide medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for all costs of medical care.
4.
Photo & Video Consent
I grant PDX Design Week Foundation permission to photograph and/or record my participation for promotional purposes, unless I indicate otherwise in writing.
