Authorized Usage Rights
I, Alexandra Chen, hereby grant PDX Design Week Foundation irrevocable permission to use my image, likeness, voice, and/or performance captured during the production described herein for the following purposes:
- Print and digital publications
- Social media and website content
- Marketing and promotional materials
- Press releases and media kits
- Educational and documentary content
- Archival and historical documentation
Terms & Conditions
1. Grant of Rights
This release grants PDX Design Week Foundation the right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the photographs, videos, and recordings in any medium, without further consent or notification.
2. Duration
This release is Perpetual unless otherwise specified. The rights granted herein shall survive any termination of the business relationship.
3. Waiver of Inspection
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, recordings, or any printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them.
4. Release from Claims
I release PDX Design Week Foundation from any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity arising from the authorized use of my image or likeness.

I acknowledge that I will receive the following compensation for this release:
