What file formats do you support?
We support DOCX (Microsoft Word) and HTML templates, and output to PDF. The AI Builder can also create shareable HTML webpages. We accept CSV and XLSX files for your data.
How many documents can I generate?
Our plans are based on pages generated, not documents. Free accounts get 25 pages/month (10-page trial until email confirmed). Starter: 1,000 pages, Growth: 5,000 pages, Scale: 20,000 pages. Need more? Contact us for Enterprise pricing.
Is my data secure?
Yes! All uploads are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. You control how long we keep files (1 hour to 7 days). We're working toward full GDPR compliance.
Can I use images in my templates?
Yes! Images embedded in your DOCX template will appear in the generated PDFs.
What placeholder syntax do you use?
We use Jinja2 syntax: {{ "{{variable_name}}" }}. This is the same syntax used by many popular templating tools.
How long does processing take?
Small batches (< 100 documents) process in under a minute. Large batches are processed in the background and you'll get an email when done.
What is the AI Builder?
The AI Builder lets you describe what you need and creates it in seconds. It has three modes: finished documents (downloaded as PDF), reusable templates (with data merge placeholders), and shareable webpages (hosted HTML pages like landing pages, portfolios, and event pages). Free users get 3 AI generations to try it out.
What kinds of webpages can I create?
You can create landing pages, portfolios, event pages, and other shareable HTML webpages using the AI Builder. Each webpage gets a unique link you can share with anyone. Webpages are included alongside documents and templates in your AI generation quota.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
