Welcome to EZdoc
By using EZdoc ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). We've kept them straightforward and fair. If you have questions, reach out at [email protected].
1. Using Our Service
What You Can Do
- Generate documents with AI for commercial and personal use
- Upload templates (Word, HTML/CSS) and spreadsheets within your plan limits
- Use AI-generated documents and templates with full ownership — they're yours
- Export and distribute generated PDFs freely
What You Can't Do
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or malware
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
- Exceed your plan limits or abuse the service
- Share your account credentials or API keys
2. Content Restrictions
You may not upload or process:
- HIPAA-regulated data (HIPAA-compliant plans coming soon)
- Illegal content or content violating laws
- Copyrighted material without permission
- Malware or harmful files
3. Billing & Payments
Subscription Plans
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard.

4. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Your data remains safe during maintenance windows.
5. Limitation of Liability
EZdoc is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- • Errors in your templates or data that result in incorrect output
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
6. Your Data, Your Ownership
You retain full ownership of all templates, data, and generated documents. We never claim rights to your content. We only process your data as necessary to provide the service, and automatically delete it based on your chosen retention period (1 hour to 7 days).
7. Account Termination
You Can Cancel Anytime
No lock-in contracts. Cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
We May Suspend Access
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including abuse, illegal content, or non-payment.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
