Terms of Service

You may not upload or process:

• HIPAA-regulated data (HIPAA-compliant plans coming soon)
• Illegal content or content violating laws
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Malware or harmful files

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Your data remains safe during maintenance windows.

EZdoc is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for:

• • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• • Errors in your templates or data that result in incorrect output

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, generate, brand, and publish — including any names, logos, trademarks, and images ("Your Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to use Your Content and to authorize EZdoc to host and display it, and that Your Content does not infringe or misappropriate any third party's intellectual property or other rights. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EZdoc and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content or your use of the Service. You may not use the Service to impersonate, or to falsely suggest affiliation with or endorsement by, any person or organization you are not authorized to represent.

Designated Agent. EZdoc responds to notices of alleged copyright and trademark infringement. Send notices to our designated agent at dmca@ezdoc.app.

Filing a notice. A valid notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim is infringed; (2) identification of the material and the URL where it appears, so we can locate it; (3) your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Our response. We remove or disable access to material in response to valid notices and notify the user who published it.

Counter-notification. If your material was removed, you may submit a counter-notice. If we receive a valid counter-notice and no court action is filed, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days.

Repeat infringers. We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

No duty to monitor. We do not pre-screen user content; we act on valid notices and on infringement we become aware of.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
