Step 2: For a Whole Class, Upload a CSV

• Use 80lb cardstock. Office stores sell "certificate paper" or "parchment cardstock" in 50-sheet packs for $8-12. The weight matters — printer paper feels disposable.
• Print one test page first. Make sure margins look right and colors aren't washed out. Adjust the printer driver if needed.
• Use plastic sleeves or simple frames. Dollar-store letter-size frames work; parents display them. Otherwise, a sheet protector keeps cardstock from bending in backpacks.
• If your principal signs each cert by hand, don't try to do this in one sitting. Stack them and sign 5-10 at a time over a few days.
